The training group "St. Alexander Nevski" was founded in November 2016 by Nikola Smiljanic, a Systema instructor from HQ in Toronto. Nikola has many years of experience with Systema, having learned from the founder of Systema, Vladimir Vasiliev. He has also had the privilege of working with other world-renowned instructors such as Max Franz, Frank Arias, and Adam and Brendan Zettler. He is certified by both the Vasiliev and Ryabko schools. He frequently attends international seminars organized by the Ryabko and Vasiliev schools, as well as travels to Toronto for additional training.
